Well its pretty simple but I think u will find it useful..
And no..Its not 'Ask urself if u are'...It doesnt work..Coz ppl will say that they are but in the end they are not...Trust me...I know..I m one of those ppl..
Well...Confidence is all about being aware of ur strength...Dont care about ur weakness..There will be 100s of ppl around u talkin about ur weak points..Ask them if u wanna find out... So anyways...Ur strength...
Take a paper or pen...If u think u are confident...Just write down 10 strengths of urs and 5 talents...Simple enuf? K nice... Now try it out...Leave a comment if u tried it...I wanna no how many strengths and talents u got :P
